Shipping & Refund Policy
We only deliver to UBC, Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Maple Ridge, Langley, Abbotsford, Delta, and White Rock.
We ship via local delivery service.
Shipping date is based on the date you indicated at checkout, subject to availability and our confirmation. If the products ordered are not available we will contact you ahead of time. Time estimates are based on our experience and not guaranteed. Shipping may be subject to service disruption for reasons out of our control.
If your order is marked for pick up, you can pick up your order at the address indicated at checkout. Orders are ready to pick up based on the date you indicated at checkout, subject to availability and our confirmation. If the products ordered are not available we will contact you ahead of time. If you want, you may contact us before coming for pick up to ensure your order is ready. Our pick up location hours are our store hours as indicated on https://www.dushanflowers.com/contact-us/
What can be refunded
For defective items, incorrect or missing orders: If wrong items were received, or item not received, please contact us within 1 calendar day of purchase. Beyond this period, we will no longer accept any claims. Notwithstanding the above, any items where you have inspected and signed off on the delivery / pickup, are not subject to refunds.
If the item is not available for your desired date, we will contact you to work out a solution with you and if there are no mutually agreeable solutions, we will refund you order.
For any other reason: No refunds.
How to Request a Refund or Product Exchange
You can request a refund by contacting us at email@example.com. Your refund request must include:
- Your order number
- The email address you used for ordering
- The items you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for requesting a refund
AFTER we confirm and approve your refund request in writing, please follow the instructions sent to you by email, if any. Upon confirmation, we will issue a product exchange or refund back to your credit card, or through a mutually agreed upon method.
